  • Which towns do you service?
    Beth's Pet Services provides dog walking, dog sitting, cat sitting, pocket pet sitting, and vet or grooming transportation in Uxbridge, Whitinsville, Northbridge, Upton, Mendon, Hopedale and Milford. If you live outside of our service area, we may still provide pet care on a case-by-case basis! Contact us today.
  • Do you offer services on holidays and weekends? Do you charge extra?
    Yes, Beth's Pet Services offers services on holidays and weekends! *Please note there is an extra charge of $10 for holiday bookings and $5 for services on weekends. These additional fees help us compensate our dedicated team members who go the extra mile to ensure your pets receive top-notch care, even during peak times. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to ensuring your furry companions receive exceptional service every day of the week.
  • What does it mean that you're bonded and insured?
    Yes, we are fully insured through Pet Care Insurance. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets and your peace of mind. Our comprehensive insurance coverage ensures that both our clients and their furry companions are protected in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, your trust in us is backed by the security provided through our insurance coverage.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly request that if you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide us with 24 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation on the day of the scheduled service, the owner will be responsible for the full amount of the service. You can read more about our Cancellation Policy here.

    Pocket pet sitting is the care of small animals and pets such as guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, birds, and fish. Beth's Pet Sitting provides pocket pet sitting in Central Massachusetts.
  • Do you administer medication?
    Yes we do! Certified as a veterinary technician, Beth has professional experience and training in administering medication to animals. We administer both pills and liquid medications. We understand the importance of maintaining your pet's health regimen, and our skilled team is trained to ensure proper and safe administration. *Please note that there is an additional fee of $5 for this service.
  • Do you provide grooming services?
    Yes! Beth is certified as a grooming technician and we provide ON-SITE grooming services. Our grooming options include a basic wash and blow dry, thorough brushing, nail trim, and a paw pad shave. These services are designed to enhance the overall well-being and hygiene of your furry friend.   • Do you service last-minute requests?
    Certainly! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Depending on our schedule for the day and the specific service needed, we may be able to accommodate your last-minute request. *Please note that if we are fully booked and ARE ABLE TO accommodate your request, there will be an additional fee of $5 to ensure we can provide the necessary attention and quality service your pet deserves. We appreciate your understanding as we work to meet the evolving needs of our clients and their furry companions.
  • Do you take care of pets with aggression issues?
    Absolutely! We do provide care for pets with aggression issues. As a certified veterinary technician, Beth has the expertise and experience to handle pets with various demeanor levels. We work closely with both the owner and the pet to understand and address their specific needs. Through collaborative efforts, we develop strategies on how to approach and care for pets with aggression issues safely and effectively. Your pet's well-being and comfort - and your family's - are of utmost importance, and we are committed to ensuring a positive and secure experience for our clients.
  • Do you have a travel fee?
    We do not charge a travel fee if you're within our service area of Uxbridge, Whitinsville, Northbridge, Upton, Mendon, Hopedale, and Milford. To accommodate locations beyond a 30-minute to 1-hour radius from our home base of Uxbridge, we apply a travel fee starting at $10. This fee helps cover additional mileage and time while ensuring that we maintain safe and reliable vehicles for traveling and pet transportation. The exact travel fee may vary based on the specific distance from our home base. We appreciate your understanding as these charges contribute to the safety and comfort of both our team members and your beloved pets during transportation.
